Finding the Shortest Holes Drilling Path in Printed Circuit Board via the Dhouib-Matrix-4 Technique

چکیده

The process of drilling holes in Printed Circuit Board presents a crucial issue and finding the shortest path allows to minimize movement robot arm order increase productivity Computer Numerically Controlled Machine. In this paper, novel metaheuristic Dhouib-Matrix-4 (DM4) is applied find tool path. DM4 based on combination constructive technique Dhouib-Matrix-TSP1 (DM-TSP1) original local search method Far-to-Near (FtN). Moreover, uses several differential statistical metrics explore different regions domain space thanks DM-TSP1 exploits specific region via FtN. performance evaluated against Cuckoo Search, Genetic Algorithm hybrid Search-Genetic for three standard problems.
